  The reviews I see on here make so much sense now I cannot believe what passes for management here I will be calling the corporate company about my experience but in case this is a franchise I really hope if the owner wants this place to last he sees these reviews and does some serious looking into his company because holy crap his management really needs to brush up on their customer service skills I came in the night of the 31st right before they were closing so I couldn't have called them and ordered my food when I got home  realized it was not correct my order was completely wrong and my fiance's order was made not how she asked and the food tasted disgusting like it been sitting out for hours clumps of salt on the fries dried out chicken I called back now mind you I have a life so I didn't call back tell about two days later I didn't know there was a time on their screwup I didn't screw up they screwed up and apparently they also put a time limit on their screw up And I wasn't expecting them to go off of my word either I had the receipt and the original food I know people scam these places so that's why I kept everything I don't want that food it's not what I ordered and the bite I took  tasted disgusting but after how I was treated and when I mentioned these reviews I said have you seen your reviews cuz they make sense to me the manager's response and this is what I really hope the owner knows what type of manager he has was I haven't seen them personally but I'm pretty sure they're all old reviews well I'm pretty sure I didn't look at the time of the review and unless you want to respond to it or if there were better reviews to show it was corrected nobody's going to Care it just shows that you have two years and you still haven't had a better review to hide these and you still haven't had a response from the owner but that's their response oh well those are older and you should have called us the next Day either way if this was my business and I found out that I had all these bad reviews and my manager had done nothing to correct it and her response to that was all well they're old and her response to screwing people's orders was to not fix it and lose a customer for life with so many other McDonald's in the area to go to intead that I think I'd be changing my staff. Because no matter how you spin it over all this is what happened a customer came and paid you money was given wrong food and the food they were given tasted disgusting they went online to find out how to contact the company saw that reviews still give this company a chance to fix the issue and when they didn't brought the reviews to their attention to say there's going to be more do you really think you're going to stay in business and nothing was done this is what your staff is doing treating customers like crap talking condescendingly to them and not giving a crap about any of the ones in the past who have given them bad reviews that are just going to keep piling up
